Human Capital Analyst

Job Summary

To support NASA's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, the full-time remote Human Capital Analyst will manage enterprise-wide human capital initiatives, focusing on data analysis, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
• Create briefings, reports, and presentations to support management and program organization
• Facilitate client meetings and document important actions, decisions, and follow-up tasks throughout program lifecycles

Required qualifications

• Minimum graduate degree in a related field, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of directly related experience without a degree
• At least 1 year of consulting experience preferred
• Prior experience in federal human capital learning and development required
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills; psychometric knowledge preferred
• Detailed knowledge of federal HR/HC policies, practices, and project management practices
