Human Capital Business Analyst
Job Summary
Providing business analysis support in a hybrid role, the full-time Human Capital Business Analyst will assist with the creation of human resource documentation, manage development priorities, and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements while working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and translate stakeholder needs into clear, understandable requirements
- Develop human capital program documents and assist in drafting position descriptions and organizational studies
- Support project meetings and prepare presentations in alignment with project needs and taskings
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Tier 5 clearance
- 4+ years of experience supporting the federal government as a consultant or contractor
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Familiarity with drafting federal position descriptions and job series
- Experience using Microsoft tools and applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
