Human Capital Data Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting federal government clients, the remote Human Capital Data Analyst will manage data analysis, develop visualizations and reports, and communicate analytical findings to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and present data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical reports for senior leadership
- Conduct benchmarking studies and provide actionable recommendations based on industry standards
- Support federal HR and workforce modernization projects with data-driven insights
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced analytics certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
