Human Centered Design Researcher

Job Summary

Driving research strategy and execution, the full-time remote Human Centered Design Researcher IV will lead mixed-methods research studies, translate findings into actionable insights, and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and synthesis of mixed-methods research studies, including generative and evaluative initiatives
• Define and maintain research standards and methodologies, ensuring responsible use of AI-assisted tools
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations that inform product strategy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, Design, or a related field
• Eight (8) years of professional UX research experience in complex or enterprise-level product environments
• Experience conducting research in regulated or high-stakes domains, such as healthcare or financial services, is preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading research strategy and mentoring researchers
• Certification in UX Research, Human Factors, or a related discipline is strongly preferred
