Human Data Architect

Job Summary

Designing systems for human data collection and delivery, the full-time Human Data Architect will architect end-to-end data workflows, ensuring data quality and structure to train frontier AI models in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data workflows from task design through quality assurance and delivery
• Design collection structures and task frameworks for scalable data generation processes
• Build and monitor data quality frameworks to catch issues before client delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience designing human data collection at scale in relevant fields such as computational cognitive science or HCI
• Familiarity with ML post-training paradigms like SFT and RL
• Strong technical skills across data pipelines
• Systems-level thinking regarding task design and training data
• Excellent communication skills for conveying concepts between engineers and researchers
