Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee performance management, and drive process improvements while working collaboratively in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while collaborating with Human Data Managers and Engineering on labeling strategies

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with performance management, coaching, and training program development
