Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, manage team performance, and drive operational excellence while actively participating in data labeling and review tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and high standards in data production
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance via KPI dashboards

Required qualifications:

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, or related operational domains
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and associated tools; experience with metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement
