Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, manage team performance, and drive operational excellence while participating in hands-on data labeling and review processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Previous experience in people leadership and performance management
• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs
