Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, manage performance, and drive operational excellence while participating in hands-on labeling and review tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting regular reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance through KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with performance management and coaching in a team setting
