Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data delivery, manage team performance, and actively participate in data labeling and review processes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality

Required qualifications:

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts related to training data quality
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and associated tools; experience with performance management and coaching is a plus
