Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time salaried Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure the delivery of high-quality training data and evaluations while managing team performance and driving operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and high-quality data production
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Oversee labeling and reviewing tasks, maintaining high standards and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, AI training/evaluation, or similar operational domains
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
