Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee team performance, and actively participate in labeling tasks while driving operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements while tracking performance via KPI dashboards

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and associated tools, with a focus on using metrics for continuous improvement
