Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary

To support strategic workforce initiatives, the full-time Human Resource Business Partner will advise leaders on aligning people strategies with organizational goals, enhance leadership capabilities, and drive engagement in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop people strategies that support operational success, including workforce planning and organizational design
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization
• Interpret workforce analytics to inform decision-making and proactively address workforce risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field and 3+ years of HR experience as a generalist or business partner; or 7+ years of relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience in at least three HR functional areas, such as employee relations and talent management
• Proven ability to coach leaders and support complex employee relations matters
