- Align business objectives with people strategies, consulting with management on organizational design and performance management
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders, coaching managers through employee development conversations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Experience in a high growth or clinical environment is a plus
- Strategic HRBP experience with strong relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
