Job Summary
To support HR functions, the full-time Human Resources Analyst Trainee will manage classifications, selections, and organizational structure activities while advising managers on specialized recruiting and assisting with payroll processing in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide classification and selection analysis for assigned program areas
- Consult with managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including recruiting
- Assist in payroll processing and participate in HR training and special projects
Required qualifications:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- No specific experience required for the Human Resources Analyst 9 level
- One year of professional HR experience for the Human Resources Analyst 10 level
- Two years of professional HR experience for the Human Resources Analyst P11 level, including one year at the 10 level
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis
