Human Resources Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Tax Line of Business, the remote Human Resources Associate will manage employee inquiries, compliance support, and operational coordination for a high-volume, seasonal workforce, ensuring a smooth employee experience during peak tax season.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and manage case documentation through the HR ticketing system
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for seasonal tax professionals while partnering with Payroll to resolve pay discrepancies
• Maintain compliance documentation and ensure consistent application of company policies across multiple states

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-volume or seasonal workforce
• Experience supporting a remote workforce is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of wage & hour compliance
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, is preferred
