Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support business operations and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on workforce planning and talent management
- Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational change strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business
- Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Master's degree in a related field is preferred
