Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the fully remote Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managing workforce needs, talent development, and employee relations while occasionally traveling to support teams across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner to assigned leaders and departments, understanding their operations and workforce needs
• Collaborate with leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and effective hiring processes
• Drive performance management initiatives and coach managers on employee development and accountability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes
• Proven experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations
