Job Summary
To manage end-to-end people operations, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with leadership in the USA, driving HR initiatives and overseeing talent acquisition and employee lifecycle management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive HR initiatives and processes in alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Actively participate in and improve talent acquisition processes to support rapid growth
- Handle complete onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-time HR experience in HRBP or talent acquisition
- Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance as per Indian labor laws
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
