Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with operational leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will develop and execute workforce strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and retention in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide data-informed guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement to support business goals
- Analyze workforce trends and engagement metrics to recommend solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes
- Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management while partnering with Legal and HR leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and performance management
- 2-4 years of HR Business Partner experience in operations or service-focused organizations
- Experience analyzing workforce trends and using data to influence decisions
- 1-3 years of experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS
