Job Summary
Supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Partner will develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance, and assist clients with various HR needs while partnering on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with clients' business objectives
- Ensure compliance and provide recommendations for HR policies and infrastructure
- Lead the administration of HRIS and manage benefits, payroll, and employee relations processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of human resources/people operations experience
- Knowledge of startup HR best practices and local, state, and federal employment laws
- Experience scaling and supporting venture and/or private equity-backed companies preferred
- Strong business acumen with a passion for HR and results-driven focus
- Proficiency with HRIS, Payroll, and Recruiting systems
