Aligning business objectives with people strategies, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will support the Assurance practice by providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Facilitate performance management processes and serve as a coach to managers
- Support organizational change initiatives and promote employee engagement programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM CP, PHR)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner or generalist role
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
