Job Summary
To enhance the caregiver experience and support leadership, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will build strong partnerships and drive engagement in a hybrid role that combines onsite and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver engagement and satisfaction
- Provide HR support and guidance to leadership on employee relations and performance management
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting the Ministry's mission and vision
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
- Two years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
