Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary HR resource for assigned operational client groups, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR support for employees and managers, addressing policy and organizational inquiries while escalating complex issues as necessary
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align workforce planning and organizational health with business priorities using data analysis
• Oversee HR administration tasks, including reorganizations and employee relations investigations, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of HR generalist practices, including employee relations and performance management
• Experience with HRIS and HR applications, particularly Workday, and ability to interpret HR reports
• Prior experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role
• Ability to investigate and document employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills to present findings and recommendations based on people data
