Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives while working onsite in Rochester, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support workforce planning
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions
• Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations and management advisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and navigate sensitive employee matters
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
