Job Summary
As a strategic partner to Go-to-Market leadership, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will design and deliver HR strategies that support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and drive talent development, all while working remotely on a 12-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership in developing and executing people strategies for business growth
- Lead performance management processes and champion employee engagement initiatives within the GTM organization
- Advise on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws while managing HR partnerships across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market or customer-facing organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, with SuccessFactors being a plus
