Human Resources Consultant
Job Summary
To support healthcare clients, the full-time remote Human Resources Implementation & Support Consultant will implement and enhance HR solutions, provide application support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Implement new customers by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, configuring systems, and providing training and documentation
- Deliver high-quality application support by investigating client issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolution
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and providing functional guidance and support for users
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR systems, or HRIS implementation/support
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience supporting or implementing software applications, preferably in an HR or business systems environment
- Proficiency in SQL or similar data querying concepts
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
