Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR functions and ensure efficient onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and monitor background checks and ensure completion of preboarding and onboarding documents
  • Manage HR inquiries and perform data entry of employee changes in HR systems
  • Create and maintain personnel files while providing documentation support for audits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in HR preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year HR experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly iCIMS and UKG
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
