Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR functions and ensure efficient onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and monitor background checks and ensure completion of preboarding and onboarding documents
- Manage HR inquiries and perform data entry of employee changes in HR systems
- Create and maintain personnel files while providing documentation support for audits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in HR preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year HR experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HR systems, particularly iCIMS and UKG
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
