Leading the Human Resources Shared Services team, the full-time Director, HR Central will oversee onboarding, offboarding, audits, and employee support across North America while implementing HR strategies and enhancing service delivery in a remote work environment.

- Manage the shared services function, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and professional development of team members

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent)
- 10+ years of demonstrated Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience (or equivalent)
