Human Resources Director
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Human Resources Director will lead all HR functions, develop scalable HR strategies, and partner with executive leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support rapid company growth and long-term business objectives
- Build scalable HR programs, policies, and processes that evolve with the organization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including roles as an HR Director or similar senior HR leader
- Demonstrated success in supporting high-growth startups and scaling organizations
- Significant experience leading HR efforts during mergers and acquisitions
- Experience working within large enterprise or matrix organizations
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
