Human Resources Director
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing multi-state veterinary company, the full-time remote Human Resources Director will manage HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition and employee relations, and lead HR due diligence for acquisitions while collaborating closely with the CEO and COO.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement the overall organizational HR strategy in coordination with senior leadership
- Perform HR due diligence and onboarding for mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience, particularly in multi-location businesses
- Experience with HR functions related to mergers and acquisitions
- Proven ability to source, vet, and onboard candidates effectively
- Extensive knowledge of AI tools applicable to HR functions
