Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinate onboarding processes, and provide HR generalist support in employee relations, working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires while maintaining compliance with HR policies
• Consult with management on performance issues and assist in the administration of HRIS and employee documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations
• Human Resources Certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technologies, including ATS and HRIS
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
