Job Summary
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance while working remotely within a collaborative HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies and performance management
- Administer accurate and timely payroll and support the administration of employee benefits programs
- Conduct employee relations inquiries and workplace investigations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience in payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated experience processing and auditing payroll through an HRIS or payroll platform
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
