Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

To support a statewide organization, the full-time temporary Human Resources Generalist will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and improve HR processes while primarily working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities and provide operational support to hiring managers
• Improve onboarding processes and organize HR documentation and tracking systems
• Develop and implement consistent and efficient HR practices and infrastructures

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least three years of HR experience, or five years of progressive HR experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing multiple recruitment assignments
• Experience with employee onboarding and HR program coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology
