Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
To support HR service delivery in a remote environment, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage employee-related transactions, provide strategic HR guidance, and oversee various HR projects while partnering with leadership and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support workforce planning and operational effectiveness
- Administer leave of absence programs and onboarding activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- SHRM CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience in small to mid-size organizations and/or healthcare environments highly preferred
- Proven ability to operate autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and a solutions-oriented approach
