Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR team, the full-time Human Resources Generalist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, consult with leadership on talent acquisition, and oversee HR-related programs in a remote-eligible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment strategy and processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Provide consultation to leadership on talent acquisition needs and best practices
- Act as a liaison for HR processes, maintaining records and fulfilling reporting requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and metrics
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and recruitment processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with all levels of management
