Human Resources Investigator

Job Summary

To promote a respectful and accountable workplace, the full-time Human Resources Investigator will conduct objective investigations into employee allegations of discrimination, harassment, and policy violations, working in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into employee complaints, including interviews and evidence collection
• Prepare detailed investigative summaries and reports, maintaining confidentiality and secure records of all activities
• Communicate investigation outcomes to involved parties and provide training on employee relations practices and HR policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience conducting workplace investigations, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting
