Job Summary
Providing professional-level analytical and advisory support, the full-time Human Resources Management Analyst III will conduct research and data analysis on federal civilian human capital programs, evaluate HR processes, and develop recommendations for improvement, with the option for remote work as approved for contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct studies and analyses of human capital programs and HR operations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of HR programs and develop recommendations based on data analysis
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; a Bachelor's degree plus 2 additional years of experience may substitute for a Master's degree
- 14 years of human resources experience can be substituted for no degree
- Must possess a Secret clearance
