Human Resources Management Instructor

Job Summary

Seeking qualified applicants, the part-time Human Resources Management Instructor will develop and deliver online course materials, evaluate student performance, and maintain communication with students while utilizing the Canvas Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update course syllabi in consultation with the Business Programs Director
• Prepare and deliver online course materials and assessments, clearly communicating learning objectives and grading policies
• Evaluate student achievement and assign grades, responding to inquiries in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Extensive background and current work experience in human resources
• Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) the use of instructional technology and online teaching tools
• Current knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in the subject area
• Commitment to the highest level of academic standards and integrity
