Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager, the full-time remote position will manage HR support across the organization, focusing on employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll coordination while partnering with managers and employees to address HR needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for managers and employees, coaching leaders on policies and performance expectations
• Conduct workplace investigations and support managers through performance management processes
• Facilitate HR-led training and develop resources to enhance manager capabilities and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with HR Manager-level responsibilities
• Strong employee relations experience, including conducting investigations
• Experience in performance management and organizational change support
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and build trusted relationships
