Job Summary
Leading a talented team of HR Business Partners and an HR Operations Specialist, the full-time remote Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, performance management, and drive employee engagement strategies while fostering a collaborative HR function.
Key responsibilities
- Establishes productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance HR policies and processes
- Facilitates employee engagement strategies and oversees complex employee relations matters
- Leads and develops the HR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant human resources experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with employee relations investigations and performance management
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools in HR
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
