Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

To support the HR function across U.S. and Canada operations, the full-time remote Manager of Human Resources will lead the North America HR team, focusing on strategic HR elements, talent management, employee relations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management and employee communication
• Oversee onboarding, employee development, compensation strategy, benefits, and employee relations
• Track and report on HR metrics, presenting results to leadership while managing HR operations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading HR functions across multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces
• Expertise in core HR functions, including talent management, compensation, and employee relations
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment law and multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
