Job Summary
Managing various HR and benefit projects remotely, the full-time Human Resources Manager will provide support to personnel, oversee benefits administration, and create development programs in alignment with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance to HR generalists and management on complex HR issues, including investigations and terminations
- Manage benefits and 401(k) administration, including annual renewals and employee communication
- Create and implement learning and development initiatives for employee growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field
- Minimum five years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Experience with benefits and payroll administration is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgment
