Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

As a hands-on HR leader, the full-time Human Resources Manager will own the entire people function at a fully remote company, managing HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee relations while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive culture across a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the HR lead and strategic partner to the leadership team, aligning HR priorities with business goals
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage payroll, benefits, and performance management systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle, including recruiting, payroll, and employee relations
• Experience working with a PEO and managing HR for a remote workforce
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state employment law; exposure to UK or European practices is a plus
