Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven Human Resources Partner, the full-time position will provide HR generalist support, workforce management, and employee relations while collaborating with the HR team and supporting assigned departments in a hybrid work environment after the probationary period.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with university goals
• Provide HR generalist support to employees, managers, and supervisors within assigned departments
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, unionized environment while meeting deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in an HR generalist or employee relations role
• Working knowledge of human resources principles, including employee and labor relations, performance management, and applicable employment laws
