Job Summary

Focusing on the employee experience, the full-time Human Resources People Partner will provide HR support to managers and employees, offering coaching, performance advice, and staffing assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and consultative HR advice to employees and managers, addressing performance and conduct-related challenges
• Assist in hiring and staffing processes, including interviewing and developing job descriptions
• Collaborate with managers on employee engagement initiatives and provide training on relevant HR topics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area with a minimum of 1 year of HR experience or 4 years in an HR role managing people
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO)
• Experience in coaching and advising employees on performance and organizational change
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling employee-related investigations and writing report summaries
