Human Resources Project Manager

Job Summary

To support various human resources functions, the full-time Human Resources Senior Expert and Project Manager will provide expert advisory services, manage project operations, and supervise a team of consultants, with the option for remote work as approved.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical and management advisory services across HR functions
• Oversee project management, including recruitment, staffing, and employee relations
• Facilitate compliance with policies and regulations while conducting organizational assessments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with progressive responsibilities
• Must possess a Secret clearance
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
