Job Summary
Delivering operational and analytical support in a full-time remote capacity, the Human Resources Specialist will manage personnel actions across the employee lifecycle, conduct manpower analysis, and execute civilian human resources functions for the U.S. Space Force.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive personnel actions including onboarding, performance management, and administrative milestones
- Conduct data-driven analyses to forecast workforce requirements and recommend optimal staffing allocations
- Support the civilian recruitment pipeline by drafting justifications for vacancies and processing hiring packages
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance
- 2-7+ years of experience in military/DoD human resource management or workforce development programs
- Familiarity with Air Force or Space Force personnel tools and structures
- Practical experience with federal hiring packages and civilian personnel tracking software
- Demonstrated familiarity with acquisition and training frameworks
