Job Summary
Supervising the HVAC Technical Team, the full-time remote HVAC Operations Supervisor will mentor associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure performance goals are met while focusing on coaching and team development.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervises daily operations of the HVAC Technical Team, providing coaching and feedback
- Sets performance targets using data analytics and monitors team activities to meet service and productivity goals
- Trains and develops associates on contract information and departmental policies while reporting on team performance metrics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in coaching call center supervisors and associates
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience within the HVAC trade preferred
- Advanced PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
