Job Summary
To support corporate real estate initiatives, the full-time remote HVAC Program Manager will lead client relationships, manage project delivery teams, and provide executive-level reporting on project performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the client relationship and act as a trusted advisor for assigned business segments
- Coordinate approvals and work between internal and external groups to ensure project alignment
- Manage the approval process for projects and provide regular performance reporting to executives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in commercial real estate, transaction management, or project management
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis and solution development
